Dine and Shine

At Dine and Shine, we aim to deliver high-quality home and kitchen products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following condition:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • A clear unboxing video is recorded at the time of opening the parcel
  • You have to send the damaged item on our given address first we'll inspect the item and send you new one.

No return or refund will be accepted without proper video proof.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • The video must be recorded from the start (before opening the package)
  • The parcel label and packaging must be clearly visible
  • The damage/issue must be clearly shown in the video

This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.

3. Return Request Process

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number and unboxing video proof
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days

4. Refund Policy

  • If your claim is approved, you will receive:

Full refund OR Replacement product (based on availability)

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

5. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • You change your mind after purchase
  • The product is not damaged
  • No unboxing video is provided
  • The request is made after the given time frame

6. Important Notes

  • Please handle the parcel carefully while recording the video
  • Do not use the product if it is damaged—report immediately
  • Dine and Shine reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions
