- A clear unboxing video is recorded at the time of opening the parcel
No return or refund will be accepted without proper video proof.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
- The video must be recorded from the start (before opening the package)
- The parcel label and packaging must be clearly visible
- The damage/issue must be clearly shown in the video
This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.
3. Return Request Process
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and unboxing video proof
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 working days
4. Refund Policy
- If your claim is approved, you will receive:
Full refund OR Replacement product (based on availability)
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
5. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- You change your mind after purchase
- The product is not damaged
- No unboxing video is provided
- The request is made after the given time frame
